## `GET /registry`

**Summary:** List Registry

**Description:** List all resources in the registry with optional filtering.

### Authentication

- Option 1: `HTTPBearer` — HTTP bearer

### Parameters
- `limit` (query; integer; optional; default `20`) — Items per page
- `name` (query; string | null; optional) — Filter by name (partial match)
- `page` (query; integer; optional; default `1`) — Page number
- `resource_type` (query; RegistryResourceType | null; optional) — Filter by resource type
